Biddable Media Manager

Job Description

As a Biddable Media Manager, you will oversee the execution of all biddable media campaigns across various platforms and ensure they meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). You will play a crucial role in strategically creating and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) media/marketing strategies. You will work closely with the VP, Integrated Marketing & Media, and assist in presenting GTM media strategies and recommendations to clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Oversee the implementation and execution of all biddable media across various platforms (Google PPC, LinkedIn, Meta, AdCritter, NetLine, etc.).
  • Monitor spend pacing and campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations as necessary.
  • Ensure media campaigns are optimized to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by clients.

Strategic Planning & Implementation

  • Aid VP, Integrated Marketing & Media in strategically creating and implementing GTM media/marketing strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations during the planning phase based on client goals and objectives outlined in the brief.
  • Assist in presenting Go-To-Market (GTM) media strategies and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and goals.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead data collection efforts for client reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance of metrics presented.
  • Oversee and maintain project trackers and calendars for reporting, pacing, and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Maintain team deadlines and clarify timelines, ensuring we are on track to meet client deliverable dates.
  • Manage and mentor Senior Media Planners/Buyers, delegating responsibilities and monitoring their workload to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as the media team representative at client WIP meetings, providing updates and insights on campaign progress.

What we Would Like to See:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing biddable campaigns (paid social, SEM, programmatic, etc).
  • 3+ years of experience working in a creative agency environment, preferably B2B.
  • Excellent working with PowerPoint and Excel (very proficient with VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables).
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors, always functioning on the cutting edge of technologies.
  • Create and lead effective client presentations, communicating your vision, including the rationale and data behind your decisions.
  • Possess a “big picture” perspective, but immediately willing to ‘roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
