Facilitate discovery workshops, define goals, scope, and deliverables, audit existing site/content, map architecture, and capture technical requirements. Research audiences and competitors, define KPIs, create personas and customer journeys, validate sitemap, and outline roadmap for on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop SEO strategy

02 Brand System Design & Usability Testing
Budget: $34K

~3-5 weeks (concurrent with below phases)
Develop a scalable brand system including typography, color, imagery, and UI elements to ensure alignment between brand identity and digital experience. Conduct optional UX usability testing (card sorting / tree test) to inform UX design which follows Includes 3 rounds of amends and Brand Design is concurrent with the following workstream

03 UX, Design & Content
Budget: $42.5K

~6 weeks
Translate strategy into wireframes and prototypes for key templates and pages, with 2 rounds of review and refinements. Create visual design system and page templates, write on-brand web copy, and conduct 3 rounds of reviews for both design and content deliverables. Includes 3 rounds of amends and page designs will be built from the new evolved brand design system

04 Custom Website Development, QA, Testing & Optimization
Budget: $46.75K

~8 weeks
Build on WordPress with a modular framework, integrate required systems, ensure responsive design, and set up analytics and security. Full QA across devices and browsers, accessibility compliance, UAT, and performance checks before launch.

05 Deployment & Launch

1 week
Migrate from staging to production, manage SSL/DNS, train Boehringer staff on CMS, and provide up to 3 weeks post-launch support.
